Option 1
Offered by private company and picks up where Medicare coverage leaves off, assisting with deductibles and coinsurances. This plans provides the freedom of receiving care without the need of a referral.

Medicare Part D prescription drug plans are offered by private companies with a premium.

Combines Part A and Part B.
These plans provide a low monthly premium and an out-of-pocket max to protect you financially.
Often includes prescription drug coverage.
These plans may include additional benefits like vision, dental, hearing, over the counter, chiropractic, acupuncture and more.
What is Medicare? Medicare is the federal health insurance program for those people who are 65 or older, younger than 65 with disabilities and those with End-Stage Renal Disease.
What is Medicare Part A? Hospital Insurance which helps cover, inpatient care in hospital, skilled nursing facility care, hospice care and home health care.
What is Medicare Part B? Medicare Insurance which helps cover services from doctors and other health care providers, outpatient care, durable medical equipment and many other services.
What is Medicare Part D? Helps cover prescription drugs. Offered by private insurance.
What is Medicare Part C? Medicare Advantage plans that offer an alternative to Original Medicare. These plans often bundle parts A, B and D together.
What is MediCAL? Medi-CAL may be able to help pay your Medicare out-of-pocket costs like premiums, deductibles, coinsurance and copayments.
What is a Part B late enrollment penalty? If you do not sign up for Part B when you are first eligible, you may have to pay a late enrollment penalty for as long as you have Part B.
